right now my hair is quite short, im letting it grow and its starting to go over my ears a bit at the sides and getting longer at the back, and im starting to get a slight fringe.

should i get it cut and ask for a certain hair style so it grows into that kind of style? or just let it grow? should i start combing it yet

I suggest that you let your hair grow out so its just about longer than the picture, and start combing your hair the best way you can like the picture. Than, once you feel that you hair is long enough, go to the solan and tell them to cut it just like the picture, and then you'll be all set. Your just going to have to to wait a while for your hair to grow a bit!

Let it grow a bit and then have it cut so it flicks out.

I think you should also have a fringe put in, my boyfriend had this done and it looks sooooooo good
