when you get out of the shower, towel dry it a bit, then put styling product like a good gel in your hands, and run it through your hair and as you mess it up, kind of just make the hair stand up all different places, bring this that pic to the barber's and he'll know what to do and he can show you

What you do, is if you have short hair, just cut it about 2 inches past your top of forehead. (I am supposing that your hair is straight, atleast hopefully) Dont show him the picture, unless its like a very professianal haircutter, like if you are getting at the $5 place...Or the $25 place, it seriously all depends on that. Well, then go to like walgreens or CVS, and get a big ol bottle of Hairgel, the kind that doesnt flake, (only because it looks like you have some serious dandruff problem , which is seriously kinda grosss.) and like super duper hair spike gel.(It is especially great if it says, great for dreads! And i am not trying to mess up your hair i promise! this works! i am a hairstylist!) what you do then, is mix the hairgel, and the super duper hair spike gel (or wax as some people like to call it) and then rub it both between your hands, and then just mess it up in all sorts of directions,( make sure its dry) and it should be pretty awesome~ :) good luck! :)
