ok i want my hair cut - im 5,4 ( still growing ;) and want a scen styled hair cut ( i cnt put a pic on - it wont let me ) i want to dye my hair bk blonde so i would hav medium blonde hair and my hair is shoulder length and layerd - would it work ? and im not the skinniest / or fattest lol
