my hair is long past my shoulders and brown with faded hazel carmel highlights how should i cut it and style it????????

If your highlights are faded, you might want to get them touched up so they show.

Long hair looks best with layers; my hair is almost to my waist and I like a lot of layers that blend together. I have had a few bad cuts where it looks like shelves of hair at the back, so be specific with your stylist. I also make sure I am clear about the length; I like my hair long b/c hair shorter than my shoulders gives me triangle head. I have had stylists who didn't believe this and cut too short. So be very clear with them!

But if you are experimental and don't care about length, go for broke and get something fun!

get layers, it will add shape and volume to your hair

leave it long but get front layers and do the soft wavy curls.

-Blow dry your hair straight using a blow drier or a nice flat iron

-Divide your hair into thin sections ans spray each section with curl activator like TREsemme curl activator.

-Using a large barrel hot curling iron, curl each section and repeat until your full hair is done.

-Separate the curls with your fingers and spray them with a good holding spray to keep them in place and control them form becoming poofy.

-For more shine u can spray TREsemme hair shine spray.
