try this site - it lets you select what kind of hair you naturally have (ie kinky) then gives you photos and everything of new cuts that suit that type.

I don't have any sites to give you put go to google.com and click the image button and type in african hairstyles. An assortment of hairstyles comes up.

You can also try the same thing with Yahoo.com - just make sure the image tab is checked.

I read about a book called "Hair Rules!" by A. Dickey. I believe there are style ideas in it. www.hairrules.com
