Well i have shoulder length hair and it brown and its curly but i srtaighten it. So i was wondering how i should tell the hairdresser to cut my hair so i can style it scene.

Short, choppy layers, especially near the crown of your head.
If she tells you that your hair will look ad when curly, and you really don't mind, tell her to do it anyway. You straighten your hair pretty often so it won't be too big a deal. But, if you DO care how it looks when curly, don't do short layers, because it's super hard to control and you tend to have alot of random curls sticking out.
Also, tell her to thin it out towards the ends.
you will have to put product in it to make it bigger though. I suggest the big sexy hair spray.
