idk, that short of hair, you cant do much, try getting it french braided, since its short, it will probably stop at the base of ur neck, that might look cute.

if you have bangs try pulling them back over your part and then finish with a braet or boppy pin.....

try spiral curling it leaving some straight.....

or when your hair is wet try scrunching it using products like curl booster, catwalk scrunching gel, got2bglued, etc.

Have you tried flipping it out?

Or scrunching it a little, not with a lot of hairspray so it looks wavy but not plastered to your head?

How about pinning back your front pieces, you could even leave a little of the bangs out of the pin?

You could even curl random pieces around the top, and leave the underneath straight.

ur ahir is pretty short so im not sure u could do much. um center part? ponytail and pigtails. just go in front of the mirror and do whatever comes to mind. have fun!

idk ur hair is pretty short so there's not as much stuff to do with it...hm... well i think the headband will look very cute with your hair.

why don't you try scrunching your hair or waving it with a curling iron? would a french braid work? or just a high ponytail can look extremely playful, boyish, and beautiful.

put a little pomade in your palm smooth it on the ends (not the roots because that would only make it greasy!!!) and take a barrel brush and roll it at the ends of your hair while blowdrying it. it would make a bob and it would look really really cute on you. http://www.beauty-and-the-bath.com/image...

Why not go to this website - they have loads of cute styles and you might be inspired by one of them. If you find one you like, print it out and take it with you to your hairdresser so she can get it right.
