Whats a good place to get you hair cut and colored?

I need some good places to get your hair cut and colored. I live in northwest oregon but not on the coast really close to Washington I guess. And I was thinking about getting my hair cut and colored exactly like the picture below. I am going into the 6th grade and want something relaxing but fun and trendy. Do you think this is a good relaxing fun trendy hairstyle? Do you think I should get it?

i don't know where you could get it cut, but unless you have super straight hair, i warn you, that cut can be a pain in the butt. If you have an hour or two in the morning to spend on your hair then go for it, but otherwise, i'd do something else.
